Mestre Parrillero set out to capture the spirit of Buenos Aires' parrilla culture — the ritual of slow-grilling meat over embers — and translate it into a modern, upscale identity for Brazilian diners. Parrillero refers to the master griller who orchestrates the whole experience; we built the brand around that role.
The system centers on a sophisticated wordmark paired with bespoke illustration — the logotype balances refined typography with the warmth of hand-drawn detail, evoking the iron grill and the flames beneath it. Deep charcoal and rich terracotta read as glowing embers and aged metal, softened by creamy neutrals.
A stylized grill grid and flame anchors the emblem across menus, coasters, uniforms and signage, with tile- and leather-textured patterns nodding to Argentina's cultural heritage. Every touchpoint, down to the embossed stationery and foil-stamped menus, carries the same ritual: flames of tradition, taste of passion.
