Mestre Parrillero's identity made the cut for Logo Talks III, a logo design book published by Artpower International that collects trademark work from design agencies around the world. The brand was built to capture the ritual of Buenos Aires parrilla culture, slow-grilling meat over embers, and translate it into a modern, upscale identity for Brazilian diners. Parrillero refers to the master griller who orchestrates the whole experience, and the brand was built around that role.
The system centers on a sophisticated wordmark paired with bespoke illustration, refined typography balanced against the warmth of hand-drawn detail that evokes the iron grill and the flames beneath it. A stylized grill grid and flame anchors the emblem across menus, coasters, uniforms and signage, with deep charcoal and rich terracotta reading as glowing embers and aged metal.
Logo Talks III gathers more than a thousand logo projects from studios worldwide, and Mestre Parrillero's place among them is proof the mark reads just as clearly as a flat trademark as it does across a restaurant's full identity, from the grill to the stationery.
"A wordmark built with the same care as the ritual it represents."
