KN Skincare is a dermocosmetics line from Warsaw, formulated by cosmetologist Karolina Niewiadomska out of her own practice treating acne-prone, reactive and barrier-compromised skin. The Polish shelf split cleanly between pharmacy-clinical — cold, sterile, authoritative — and wellness-premium — soft, indulgent, vague about what's actually in the bottle. KN belonged to neither, so we designed to one line: clinical care, without the clinic.
The monogram sets K and N on a shared stem inside a soft-cornered oval — a capsule, a bar of soap, or a droplet, depending on where you meet it — drawn at a single continuous weight so it embosses, foils and debosses cleanly at 8mm on a carton flap. Four warm neutrals carry the palette, with Canela setting the product names and Nunito holding everything that has to survive small, down to 5pt on a carton panel.
Every pack shares the same architecture — mark, name, function line, a ruled ladder of three to five actives and nothing else, volume, and a sun/moon pair marking when to use it. A single gold band at the foot ties the range together on shelf, while a monogram lattice prints inside every carton — a detail only the buyer ever sees. Full dielines and label artwork were produced and released to print across the launch range.
